We booked our November 2009 trip on February 28th, 2009, and we were supposed to get the $500 credit for spa and store (last day for that promotion). The reason we waited until the last day was that the air fare was so expensive and were hoping it would go down. We booked anyway and when we got our paperwork, didn't pay any attention to it, until a while later, when we noticed that we did not get the $500 credit but only $250, we called the travel agent and she tried calling Couples but...

I know, Couples is home and my #1 choice of where I always want to go, but... Sometimes money talks. Let me start with the fact that we have stayed at all four resorts on Bloody Bay, five times at CN, three times at GL, once at Tropical Bay which was our first time in Jamaica and once at Riu Negril, the new one way down at the end. At Riu Negril we were also given an upgrade to a beach front suite because we were repeat guest with Riu.

In December we will be returning to Riu Negril...

did you have the chance to see it read it reply to it? while as a smoker i totally understand non smokers and make every effort to not offend, why would they consider this during an economic downturn.

Louie Campbell passed away this week of a heart attack. He was a great guy & I'm glad I got to know him over the years. He was always accomodating of any requests & will be greatly missed. He was planning on retirement this year or next.
